I have said this many times in my writing. That part of the appeal of Manny Pacquaio is he fulfills the pinoy need to be noticed. Well he fights abroad so therefore the whole world makes pansin the Philippines. My sister who lives in London and is obviously pinay, never heard of him. Anyway more on Manny being Manny here.
